Tort reform sparked ‘Texas Miracle’ – Duh!
It's so obvious but no one can do anything about it because lawyers control EVERYTHING and – it will be a cold day in hell before THEY 'allow' us to stop 'the gravy trains' they have established. And the 'engine' on these gravy trains is the absolute freedom lawyers have in America to sue anyone for anything. From the mondane to the insane, American lawsuits have become the biggest extortion racket in world history. Capone was a Boy Scout compared to these modern day vampires sucking the lifeblood from Amereican business, culture and tradition.
Here's another example that leaves no doubt about this 800 pound elephant in the room.
Medical Lawsuit Mediation – LOL
The medical malpractice 'gravy train' rates a close second to the 'class action' extortion racket that lawyers have embedded in the American culture.
In their latest 'smoke & mirrors' effort to insure this gravy train continues at full speed, the lawyers have introduced what is called 'medical lawsuit mediation.
Under the new law, patients, health care providers and doctors could enter into a confidential mediation before going to court over a medical error.
Brilliant! Notice how there is no mention of lawyers or lawsuits. Anyone with a knowledge of the facts knows that lawyers, not the patients, are the ones who pursue the patients (ambulance chasers) and talk them into suing in medical mal-practice cases AND IN MOST OTHER civil liability cases: Over 15 million every year. That works out to one new lawsuit every two seconds.

The Taking of America
The good news is we had the good fortune to grow up and live in what could be called the 'Golden Age of America.' The bad news, it didn't end, it was stolen away.
The Golden Age of America didn't end abruptly, it was chiseled away over a few decades beginning in the 1960s. Not by liberals or progressives or any other group of ideologues. The ever increasing cracks in America's foundation have been the making of a group motivated by Mother Nature's second most powerful force; greed.
As the 60's spawned a revolution in morality and ideology unacceptable to American ideals, those that promoted this anti-American agenda realized that their cause was in direct conflict with the Christian ethics and morality inherent in and represented by the Law of the Land; The United States Constitution. In order to achieve any semblance of success, they had to pierce the armor and dissect the soul of the founding fathers vision and the greatest document ever produced in the civilized world. And there was only one group that could do it and they were more than willing to accept the '30 pieces of gold.'

In 1950, Washington D.C. had 1000 lawyers. In 1975 it had 11,000. By the mid-1990s, the number of lawyers had ballooned to approximately 65,000. By December 2009, the estimate had grown to 80,000 representing over 15% of the entire population of Washington D.C. and occupying about 85% of the highest offices and positions in ALL three branches of the federal government.
"If the present Congress errs in too much talking, how can it be otherwise in a body to which the people send one hundred and fifty lawyers, whose trade it is to question everything, yield nothing, and talk by the hour?" –Thomas Jefferson: Autobiography, 1821.
Class Action Madness Continues
Anyone who knows anything about class action lawsuits knows that these are the crème de la crème for the American lawyer's extortion racket and a 'badge of honor' in The Scum of America Club.
There's just so many of these that here at GLOOG we don't even try to keep up with them. For an on going account of this greed and corruption, check out

Class Action Madness Continues
Posted by Tom Scott on February 7th, 2013
2013 could have been the year that our nation turned over a new leaf and stopped the mindless class action lawsuits that have plagued businesses in the United States for years. Unfortunately, it is already too late.
