Loser Pays – Time to Stop ‘The Gravy Train’
Loser pays, sometimes called the "English rule" but actually, in essence, the rule in place in the rest of the world, refers to the policy of reimbursement by the parties who lose in litigation of the winners' legal expenses, including attorneys' fees.
'The amount that is spent on tort litigation every year is greater than what Americans spend every year on new automobiles.'
Most lawyers will tell you how terrible 'Loser Pays' would be for the 'average man.' Hopefully most people can see through this self serving deceipt by lawyers who after all are the unchallenged experts on self serving lies and deceptions.
Here is Rudy Giuliani – An 'Exception to The Rule' among lawyers.

Believe in coincidences? Well here's one to ponder: Remember when the housing meltdown happened in 2008 and the 'government' in it's 'infinite wisdom' AND it's infinite 'knowledge and experience' in financial matters bailed out the banks because 'they didn't want the economy to collapse'…?

They Now Control The Military
It was the last bastion of American character, pride and performance. It remained healthy as Uncle Sam slowly but surely was infected with a cancer consuming his body and his spirit. A once great country and society were being infected by a disease put upon it by it's own schools and strengthened by it's own ignorance in not paying attention to the growing symptoms.
Of course to really stop a cancer from metastasizing, the tumor must be removed. In the case of the lawyer culture that has infected America, the root of the problem, indeed the tumor, is the law schools. read more

Kudos To The Unknown Law Student!
If this country is to survive as a beacon of freedom, the present Oligarchy that controls the country will have to be dismantled.
When this does happen, the leaders will have to take steps so that the cancer that infected America for decades will be unable to spread itself again. Of course to really stop a cancer from metastasizing, the tumor must be removed. In the case of the lawyer culture that has infected America, the root of the problem, indeed the tumor is the law schools. Don't take my word for it:
